Return/Exchange Policy
Sometimes it happens, the item you purchased just doesn't quite work out. Please keep in mind that some equipment is non-returnable. All other equipment must be in new, resalable condition. Contact our Customer Service Department by email at 
orders@synergymedicalcare.com or by phone (877-963-7494) within three (3) business to let us know you need an Exchange or Refund. We can take care of everything right away to be sure you're happy with your purchase or find another item that may work for you. Here are our policies regarding returns and exchanges:

Defective Item Policy

If you feel as though you received a defective item, please contact us right away at 877-963-7494. Most of our suppliers have limits on how long from purchase we can claim "defective." Please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of the item. We will work with you to be sure the item is defective and get a replacement on the way to you!

Damaged Goods Policy
Should you receive a shipment from us with obvious physical damage to the shipping container, by all means refuse the shipment! That will send the item back to the warehouse. Contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of a damaged shipment so that we can get a replacement out to you asap!

Wrong Item Shipped
If you feel that the wrong item was shipped to you, contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) business days of receipt. You can email us at
orders@synergymedicalcare.com or call 877-963-7494. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Some pieces of medical equipment and medical supplies are deemed as "hygienic" which means, you get a brand new, fresh from the factory item. It also means that "hygienic" items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened. This is to protect you, and be sure that you have a good, clean, sanitary product. A good rule of thumb to determine if your item is considered "hygienic" is: if it touches bare skin, hair, blood, or bodily fluids it can't be returned if the packaging is open. Examples of "hygienic" items include, but are not limited to:
